Dell Scholars

Application opens October 1. To be eligible, a student must be a high school senior participating in an approved college readiness program, plans to enroll full-time in an accredited college right after high school, be Pell grant eligible, have a 2.4 GPA minimum.

Hatfield Foundation Scholarship Program

Application opens in January.
The Hatfield Foundation provides $5,000 financial assistance, educational resources and mentoring. Candidates must be graduating high school this academic year and attending a 4-year college in Fall 2025. More info in the link.

Black at Microsoft (BAM) Scholarships

Application opens in January. Student must be a high school senior of African descent (for example, African American, African, Ethiopian, etc.), plan to attend a four-year college or university in the US in the fall immediately following high school graduation, plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or one of the following Business programs – Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing at an accredited four-year college, university, in the United States, for the entire upcoming academic year. Student must also demonstrate a passion for technology, leadership at school or in the community, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent, require financial assistance to attend college.

American Foreign Service Association Essay Contest

Hispanic Scholarship Fund Program

Instead of requiring students to complete a research project before applying, THINK caters to students who have done extensive research on the background of a potential research project, but lack the resources to complete the project themselves and are looking for additional guidance in the early stages of their project. The program is organized by a group of undergraduates at MIT.

Doodle for Google is an annual art contest open to students in grades K-12. Students are invited to create their own Google Doodle for the chance to have it featured on Google.com, as well as win some scholarships and tech packages for them and their schools.

Coca-Cola Scholars

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to students in their final year of high school. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. With the 36th class in 2024, the Foundation has provided over 6,900 Coca-Cola Scholars with more than $84 million in educational support. 150 Coca-Cola Scholars are selected each year to receive this $20,000 scholarship. Applications will open August 1, 2025 for students graduating high school during the 2025-26 academic year.

Microsoft Disability Scholarship

Be a current high school senior living with a disability as defined by WHO, including visual, hearing, mobility, cognitive, and/or speech disabilities or other disability. Plan to enroll in an undergraduate program at an accredited 2 or 4-year University/College or Vocational/Technical School, in the United States, in the fall of the upcoming academic year. Pursue a degree in the following eligible majors: engineering, computer science, computer information systems, law, business, or a related field (e.g. paralegal, pre-law, finance, business administration, or marketing).

The Gates Scholarship is a highly selective, last-dollar scholarship for outstanding, minority high school seniors from low-income households.
To apply, students must be a high school senior and be either African-American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian & Pacific Islander American, or Hispanic American. The student must also be Pell-eligible, in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative weighted GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent), and a US citizen, national, or permanent resident. The student must plan to enroll full-time in a four-year degree program, at a US accredited, not-for-profit, private or public college or university.

Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF)

TMCF and McDonald’s are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). American Meteorology Society (AMS) Scholarship for Underserved Communities

Dept of Defense Cyber Service Academy (DoD CSA)

DoD CSA sponsors students who currently are not DoD or government employees who are enrolled in or applying to universities designated as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity. Following graduation, students are eligible for full-time employment with various components and agencies across the DoD. Students are required to work for the DoD a minimum of one year for each year of scholarship support they receive.

Amazon Future Engineer

Be a high school senior in the U.S. who is currently enrolled in or who has completed a high school or college dual degree course where computer science or engineering is the subject. Students who have not taken this course can opt-in to take an assessment offered by Amazon. Be planning to attain a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or other computer science related field of study from an accredited 4-year college or from a 2-year college with the intent to transfer to a 4-year college. Burger King Foundation

Scholarships range from $1,000 to $60,000 and are intended to offset the cost of attending college or post-secondary vocational/technical school. Recipients are selected through an application process that takes into consideration their grade point average (GPA), work experience, extracurricular activities, community service, and financial need. In 2024 alone, the Foundation awarded over $4.5 million in scholarships to nearly 4,200 students. This scholarship program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.

Science, Mathematics, and Research for Transformation (SMART) Scholarship-for-Service
